It's official. Although, we have been so busy at times that we've forgotten that we were even pregnant, it is all becoming very very real now.
So, if, like me, you only see blobs of color on these sonograms, the important parts to look for are highlighted with the word "girl" all typed out real pretty.

If you are a specialist, a doctor, or an experienced great-grandmother (hi, nana!) here are a couple more snaps of the baby girl.

Hello New Wedding Client! (Or future Client:) We can't wait to begin our photographic journey together and this is how get it started, with presents!

I am a girl, so I love to open presents. Don't judge, it's not like I care that much about what's inside, I just love unwrapping the present. Tim has picked up on this little fact over the years, and he has since moved to having all of my gifts professionally wrapped. This little tidbit about me motivates us into wrapping all the little things leaving our studio beautifully.
We have a new client welcome box that goes out to you as soon as your pen is down from signing the contract. It includes a nice little letter from your custom photographers...

Several helpful and fun printed materials...

A new yummy addition to the welcom box, two lovely handmade chocolates from our local chocolatier, Truman Chocolates (my favorite).
Like I said before, it's all in the wrapping. Your welcome box will arrive at your doorstep looking something like this.

Enjoy your present, and let it fill you with excitement as we begin our fun-filled, memory- making time together.

A long awaited introduction of a really wonderful couple, Neto + Arlene
After engagement sessions like theirs, I always find myself even more in love with my own husband. That's how it works. Love is contagious. When I see a couple make each other laugh and even blush in the presence of their photographers, I am warmed.
So, to you two, thanks for the reminder of how easy it can be to love the one you're meant to be with!
And BOOM, there's that Texas sunshine. (oh and also a smokin' kiss between the couple-to-be.)

Such a sincere portrait. Love!

And here they are again, beautiful laughs!

Here is THE one. The one they chose to blow up and have framed for their own home. And it looks beautiful! I love the melting boca background of fall colors, and crisp focus on them, in the foreground. So lovely.

Also, how cute and tiny is Arlene? Even standing on top of the rail, she isn't close to Neto's height. Adorable.

Here comes the sun. And the love. It was hard to choose which one from this series that I wanted to include on the blog, so there are two:)

Arlene made this heart of flowers herself reflecting some of the wedding colors.

And we finished up the session with some FOOTBALL! Nothing says "Romance" like the old pig skin.

Neto+Arlene,
I am so excited about photographing Arlene's bridal session in March, because I'm sure she will be nothing short of breath taking. We are so looking forward to the wedding day in May!
